Well, what does that mean to you?

 

1. If you receive equipment that has been damaged in shipping, we will replace that equipment immediately. Just call our customer service center, your replacement equipment will be shipped, next-day. Once it arrives, you simply swap out the parts you need and we will pay the return shipping.

 

2. Once you receive your equipment, take a whole month. If you’re unhappy, call us; send the equipment back within 10 days, and the month of service is on us. What the heck, you were out some time so we’ll even pay the shipping.

 

3. Should a piece of equipment fail, we will over-night a replacement. As long as the failure is related to normal use, there’s never a charge.

 

We saved the best part for last! If within 36 months, the time comes that you no longer need your equipment, we’ll buy back your equipment for $100.00. All you have to do is contact the customer service center; let us know that you no longer need the service. Then pack up all of the equipment, we’ll send you a call-slip (we pay the shipping). Once we receive the equipment, you get a-hundred fresh ones.

 

There are terms and conditions. In order to receive any replacements, your account must be in good standing. That’s it!
